On Saturday, May 10th 9AM-1PM the Drumline will be having a Car Wash. Please come to Advance Auto Parts near the intersection of 72 and Hughes Road, get your vehicle all cleaned up and support the Bob Jones Drumline! Thanks!
Battery Auditions
Auditions for the 2008-2009 Battery section will be
held in the BJHS Bandroom on Friday May 16 from 4pm to 5:30pm AND Saturday May
17 from 9am to 11am. Interested students need to bring sticks, wear
tennis shoes (appropriate for marching), and be willing to adapt and contribute
to the betterment of the drum line as a whole. More details will be
provided to students through their respective band directors.

If you have photos you'd like to share with the rest of your bandmates and/or parents, email me (Mr. Spencer) and I'll set you up an account where you can do that. Alternately, if it's just a handful of photos, send them to me via email and I'll upload them for you.
Band Banquet Tickets for Sale
Please come celebrate another
great year in the band! The 2007-2008 Band Awards Banquet will be held on
Saturday, May 10th at 5:00 p.m.
in the Bob Jones Cafeteria. The banquet
will be catered by Terranovas. The cost
of the meal will be $6.00 a person. It will include spaghetti, meatballs,
bread, salad and dessert. Please fill out the Banquet reservation form in the Forms section and send it in with
cash or a check written out to BJHS Band for the number of people that will be
attending. RSVP by May 1st so we can give Terranovas a count of
meals to be served. Thanks!
